Ingredients :
Desi Paan leaves 5
Vanilla ice cream
Ice cubes 4 -5
Milk
Colourful sauf 1 tsp
Gulukand 2 tsp
Sugar 1 1/2 tsp
Tutifuti
Coconut powder
Illachi powder 1/4 tsp
Green colour optional
Mehod:
1.wash and tier paan leaves into small pieces.
2.Take a jar add paan leaves ,illachi powder,sugar,Gulukand, sauf,2-3 ice cubes and blend it to make a paste if need add some milk to make a fine paste.
3.Now strain the paste with help of a strainer nicely.
4.Take a shake jar add strained paste and milk, green colour 1 drop ,ice cream and ice cubes and blend it .
5.Serve in a glass top with ice cream decorate with tutifuti, coconut powder, coloured sauf and enjoy.? its delicious taste.?
